Every Sunday at 11pm the whole dashboard is walked top to bottom: every section from Kitchen to Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and Payroll; the login wall on every endpoint; every scheduled job; and every inbound document, where each email importer is made to do a real read so a broken mailbox, a changed subject or an unreadable attachment is caught, while a simply quiet week is not reported. Each finding comes with a suggested fix and a prompt you can hand straight to Claude to patch it.

Everything, here or in ops, still waiting to be told which of our products, suppliers or recipes it is. Links are all made in ops against one product, so a price, cost or recipe follows the link everywhere, and this dashboard picks it up with the night's sync. Open takes you to the ops screen where that link is made.

Every email the dashboard sends, in one place. Turn each one on or off, adjust its timing, and choose exactly who receives it. Click a notification to edit it. Changes apply immediately.
